We always aim to get your order posted within 2-3 working days. More often than not, your order will be posted in less than 24 hours - even personalised orders.

We send all orders over £10 with Royal Mail Tracked 48, except for our tables, which are sent with Evri. Orders of £10 and under are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you prefer a different service, please contact us for a quote. Free P&P is available for all orders to Mainland UK.

Custom orders are made to an agreed design, and it's the customer's responsibility to check for mistakes. We cannot refund personalised or customised orders as they are unsellable. All loss and damage must be reported within 14 days of posting to claim with our courier. Damaged orders must be reported within 3 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Items damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge. Non-customised items can be returned at your expense. If in original condition, a refund minus 10% will be issued. All returned items must be carefully wrapped. Variations in woodgrain, knots, and mineral deposits in Welsh Slate are not considered faults.

We work from our home so do not have a physical shop, but if you would like to meet us in person or see our products then please come and see us at an event. You can find us here. Check our website for the latest event schedule.

You can pay by card through our online shop. We also accept bank transfers; please contact us for details. At events, we accept cash and cards, and you can pre-order items for collection. We also accept Apple Pay for your convenience.

We stock a wide collection of regular items. We also create unique pieces from reclaimed wood and slate oddments, mainly displayed on our social media and sold at events. If there is a specific design you would like us to create, please get in touch and we can work with you on this. We will never engrave copyrighted images without the copyright holder's consent.

We may be able to assist you with this, dependant on the material. We will need to run a small test on the material for us to be able to set our settings. This can be done by providing a second like for like piece or allowing us to test on the back of your item.
