  • How long does it take to dispatch an order?
    We always aim to get your order posted within 2-3 working days. More often than not, your order will be posted in less than 24 hours - even personalised orders.
  • How will my order be sent?
    We send all orders that are over £10 with Royal Mail Tracked 48, except for our tables. Orders of £10 and under are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Our tables are sent with Evri. If you would like your order sending with a different service, please contact us and we can provide you with a quote.
  • What are your terms & conditions?
    Any custom order will be made to an agreed custom design, it is the customer's responsibility to check for mistakes or omissions. We cannot refund personalised or customised orders as they are deemed unsellable. ALL LOSS & DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ITEM BEING POSTED. THIS IS TO ENSURE WE CAN CLAIM IN LINE WITH OUR COURIER TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Any orders received damaged must be reported to us within 3 days of the order being received. Photographic evidence must be sent to us showing the damage within that timeframe. Items that have deemed to have been damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge. If you wish to return a non customised/personalised item, then this can be returned at your expense. Upon receipt, we will check for damages and provided the item is in it's original condition, we will issue a refund for the item minus 10% in order to cover costs incurred. All returned items must be wrapped carefully and in line with courier expectations. Failure to do so will cause a return to be rejected due to further damage caused by a lack of packing. Please note that variations in the woodgrain and the presence of knots in the wood, and mineral deposits being visible in the Welsh Slate will not be passed as faults or damages.

  • Do you have premises we can visit?
    We work from our home so do not have a physical shop, but if you would like to meet us in person or see our products then please come and see us at an event. You can find us here.
  • What are the payment options?
    You may pay by card using the online shop option. We can accept payment by bank transfer too, so please contact us for details. We take cash & cards at all of the events we attend, and items can be pre-ordered for collection.
  • Do you make unique pieces?
    We stock a wide collection and the items within our shop reflect our regular stock items. We often have reclaimed wood projects and slate oddments that we create unique pieces with, these are mainly displayed through our social media and offered for sale at events. Please do contact us if you cannot find what you are looking for or have a custom order enquiry.
  • Where is your Welsh Slate from?
    Our Welsh Slate is from Blaenau Ffestiniog & Penrhyn Quarry.
  • Will you engrave any design?
    If there is a specific design you would like us to create, please get in touch and we can work with you on this. We will never engrave copyrighted images without the copyright holder's consent.
  • Will you engrave my own item?
    We may be able to assist you with this, dependant on the material. We will need to run a small test on the material for us to be able to set our settings. This can be done by providing a second like for like piece or allowing us to test on the back of your item.
  • Do you offer gift cards?

  • Do you post overseas?
    We may be able to post to your location. Please get in touch to discuss postal charges.
