We will list any closures on our banner at the top of our website. We will also list closures on our Facebook page. We normally close for a few weeks over the festive period.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days, and often, we’ll have it posted in less than 24 hours—even for personalised items!

Orders over £10 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, while smaller orders (£10 and under) go by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Our tables are shipped with Evri. Prefer a different service? Let us know, and we’ll provide a quote. Plus, enjoy free P&P for all Mainland UK orders!

For custom orders, we’ll agree on a design together, so please double-check for any mistakes. Unfortunately, we can’t refund personalised items as they’re unsellable. If there’s any loss or damage, let us know within 14 days of posting (or 3 days of receipt for damaged items) with photos, and we’ll replace items damaged in transit free of charge. Non-customised items can be returned at your expense, and if they’re in original condition, we’ll issue a refund minus 10%. Please wrap returns carefully. Natural variations in woodgrain, knots, and Welsh Slate are part of their charm and not considered faults.

We don’t have a physical shop as we work from home, but we’d love to meet you at one of our events! Check our website for the latest event schedule and come say hello.

You can pay by Paypal , Apple Pay, Google Pay, or debit/credit card through our online shop. We also accept bank transfers; please contact us for details. At events, we accept cash and cards, and you can pre-order items for collection.

We stock a wide collection of regular items. We also create unique pieces from reclaimed wood and slate oddments, mainly displayed on our social media and sold at events. If there is a specific design you would like us to create, please get in touch and we can work with you on this. We will never engrave copyrighted images without the copyright holder's consent.

We may be able to assist you with this, dependant on the material. We will need to run a small test on the material for us to be able to set our settings. This can be done by providing a second like for like piece or allowing us to test on the back of your item.
