Engraved on Welsh Slate. This Welsh slate chessboard measures approximately 23cm in diameter. Sizes are approximate. Variations in the slate are to be expected. This Welsh Slate is from the Blaenau Ffestiniog quarries, and therefore Iron Pyrite deposits may be visible as this is a natural part of the slate and a characteristic of the slate from that area. Full set of pieces included.
